FIRE BURNS DOWN 'TOP GUN' LANDMARK!!!

A cook at Kansas City Barbecue (Yup, that's the one from the sleazy bar scene in TOP GUN) says the blaze started Thursday in an open cooking pit and spread quickly to the rest of the restaurant's interior.

San Diego, where the restaurant is located, Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Maurice Luque says the landmark restaurant is "destroyed."
